The Digital Services Act (EU 2022/2065) is EU regulation that establishes obligations for online platforms regarding transparency, content moderation, and user rights. FSHNiSTA GmbH, as an EU-based operator, is fully subject to DSA requirements.
FSHNiSTA is currently an emerging platform in closed test flight. Based on our current user numbers, we fall within the category of smaller platforms under the DSA and are not subject to the additional obligations that apply to Very Large Online Platforms (VLOPs).
We will update this statement and our compliance posture as the platform grows.
FSHNiSTA moderates user-generated content — including outfit cards, product listings, creator profiles, and editorial — against our Community Guidelines.
We remove content that violates our guidelines including hate speech, harassment, counterfeit goods, and content that endangers minors. Users whose content is removed are notified with the reason.
We do not use fully automated content removal. Human review is part of our moderation process during the test flight phase.
We will publish an annual transparency report covering: the volume of content moderation actions taken, the categories of violations, the number of user appeals, and the number of orders received from authorities.
Our first report will be published following our public launch.
FSHNiSTA uses recommendation systems to personalise your fashion discovery feed, suggest creators to follow, and surface products matched to your Digital Twin profile.
Our recommendations are based solely on your Digital Twin data and platform activity. We do not sell placement in our recommendation systems. What you see is determined by compatibility, not by commercial bidding.
You can view and adjust your style preferences at any time in your account settings to influence what the recommendation system shows you.
FSHNiSTA does not display advertising. We do not sell advertising space. Brands listed on FSHNiSTA pay for platform access and commerce features — not for placement in user feeds.
Creator content that includes affiliate links is labelled as such and governed by our Creator Guidelines, which require disclosure of commercial relationships.

If you believe a content moderation decision affecting your account or content was incorrect, you can appeal by emailing legal@fshnista.com with the subject line "Content Appeal" and a description of the decision you are appealing.
We review all appeals and respond within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you have the right to refer the matter to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the DSA.
